History
- October 3, 1992: new building nearby

- 2017: 25m/82-ft Imaxdome closed
- November 2023: repaneling Imax dome with NanoSeam panels
- December 2024: project to replace 9m/46s Saunders planetarium by refurbished 25m/300s Imaxdome
- April 1, 2025: great reopening with Christie Laser projectors and E&S Digistar 7
- January 28, 2026: new name: MOSI: Museum of Science & Innovation
