- April 1, 1957: Zeiss IV (n 1) Gotoh planetarium (3rd planetarium in Japan), 70 million yens
- March 11, 2001: closed
- March 2003: reopening: Megastar II
- End 2003: destroyed (Zeiss IV on display at the Cosmo Planetarium)

- November 2010: New building (430m at SW) 17m/120s/Konica-Minolta Geministar IIIs (Zeiss IV exhibited)
- March 2012: replaced by Shibuya Hikarie
