- First planetarium in 1958: 6m/Spitz A1
- 2004: Other dome in Angel Hall UM (see 271)
- April 14, 2019: new building and opening ( Biological Sciences Building: $261 millon)
- Early 2024: Laser shows projector system
- 2027: project to change their projectors (fail)
